Complaint & Grievance Policy

Patient satisfaction and quality of care are important at all North Mississippi Medical Center locations. NMMC’s staff works to address patient complaints and grievances in a timely manner and to improve the service provided to patients.

Patients or their representatives who have a complaint or grievance or would like to express concerns about their care and safety while in the hospital may contact Careline at (662) 377-2273 or visit www.nmhs.net/contactus.
