Resident care is directed by a licensed physician. Our nursing staff includes a certified nurse practitioner, RNs, LPNs and certified nursing assistants who provide loving care to Baldwyn Nursing Facility residents. Respiratory therapists also provide 24-hour service.

Physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists work together as a team to help residents reach their goals.

The social work and activity staff provide leisure opportunities for residents. 

Our Services

Short-Term Care—Our short stay program provides individuals with skilled services (such as IV therapy and rehabilitation) for up to 100 days before they are discharged to home or elsewhere.

Long-Term Care—Baldwyn Nursing Facility serves as a new home when extended care is needed.
