Baldwyn Nursing Facility is home to 107 residents who require long-term or short-term specialized care. We have a long tradition of excellence, serving this area since 1987. Baldwyn Nursing Facility is affiliated with North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, a 2006 recipient of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.

Our Staff

Resident care is directed by a licensed physician. Our nursing staff includes a certified nurse practitioner, RNs, LPNs and certified nursing assistants who provide loving care to Baldwyn Nursing Facility residents. Respiratory therapists also provide 24-hour service.

Physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists work together as a team to help residents reach their goals.

The social work and activity staff provide leisure opportunities for residents.

Our Services

Short-Term Care: Our short stay program provides individuals with skilled services (such as IV therapy and rehabilitation) for up to 100 days before they are discharged to home or elsewhere.

Long-Term Care: Baldwyn Nursing Facility serves as a new home when extended care is needed.

Hospice Care: Hospice patients may also find a home at Baldwyn Nursing Facility during the final phase of a terminal illness.
