Leadership Team -- Bruce Toppin

Bruce Toppin serves as vice president and general counsel for North Mississippi Health Services.

Toppin, who joined NMHS in 1996, previously worked as a partner with Jones, Walker, Waechter, Poitevent, Carrier’re and Dene’gre in New Orleans. He is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and Mississippi.

He received a bachelor of arts degree in political science from the State University of New York at Albany and a juris doctor degree from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans. In addition, he received a master’s degree in health administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
