Leadership Team -- Gerald Wages

Gerald D. Wages serves as North Mississippi Health Services executive vice president for external affairs.

Wages, who joined NMHS in 1969, is a graduate of the University of Mississippi.

He serves as chairman of the American Hospital Association Regional Policy Board for Region 4 and as a member of the AHA Board of Trustees. Wages also serves as a member and past chairman of the Boards of Directors of the Mississippi Hospital Association and Health Care Providers Insurance company.

Wages is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and was selected as the ACHE Senior Healthcare Executive of the Year for Mississippi for 2009. He also is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
