Graduate nurse applications will be received until all positions have been filled.

How soon can I expect a job offer?
Upon interviewing with the Nurse Manager, a job offer may be extended at that time. A job offer is contingent upon the applicant passing the board examination.

Does NMMC pay for the board exam?

What type of orientation does NMMC offer?
Most graduate nurses receive approximately 10 weeks of orientation which includes skills lab, electronic medical record training and one-on-one coaching from a staff nurse and nurse educator. All graduate nurses are reassessed after orientation to ensure they are adequately oriented to their unit.
