Choose Position: Graduate Registered Nurse


Complete all required fields including the past seven years employment history (if applicable).


Click save and submit application. You should receive confirmation that application was submitted
successfully.


Print and complete the Pre-Employment Interview Form and sign and date the bottom.


Print and complete two copies of the Student Reference Form. Complete only the top portion and
sign and date the bottom of both forms. This gives NMMC permission to contact your instructors for a
recommendation.


Mail the Pre-Employment Interview Form and both Student Reference Forms to:

Delayed or incomplete forms may result in you not being considered for employment.


A completed packet will be required for current employees wishing to be considered for employment as part of the Graduate Nurse Process.
