Noel Garcia, M.D., received his bachelor’s degree in biology from Ateneo de Davao University in the Phillipines. He completed his residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center/Mt. Sinai Hospital Residency Program, where he was named Teaching Resident of the Year. He is board certified in internal medicine.

John Kerr, M.D., received his medical training at the University of Kentucky Medical College and completed his family medicine residency at Baptist Hospital in Nashville, Tenn. In 2010, Dr. Kerr received three-year recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)/American Diabetes Association (ADA) Diabetes Physician Recognition Program.

Doug Martin, D.O., received his bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin. He completed his medical training at the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Mo., and his family medicine residency at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences. Dr. Martin previously served as a physician in the United States Air Force. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, and is a board certified family physician.

Cesar Romero, M.D., completed his medical studies at the University of the Philippines and his internal medicine residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Our clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Appointments may be made by calling (205) 921-3153 during office hours. Appointments may be requested with the health care provider of your choice. Every effort will be made to provide the earliest possible appointment for the convenience of the patient. Due to the unscheduled nature of emergencies, occasional delays do occur. We hope you will understand these delays are unavoidable.
We accept walk-in patients. However, walk-in patients will be worked into the schedule as time permits.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel as far in advance as possible. Another patient who can be booked into the open time will be grateful for your thoughtfulness.
