Dr. Noel Garcia photo

Noel Garcia, M.D., received his bachelor’s degree in biology from Ateneo de Davao University in the Phillipines. He completed his residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center/Mt. Sinai Hospital Residency Program, where he was named Teaching Resident of the Year. He is board certified in internal medicine.

John Kerr, M.D., received his medical training at the University of Kentucky Medical College and completed his family medicine residency at Baptist Hospital in Nashville, Tenn. In 2010, Dr. Kerr received three-year recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)/American Diabetes Association (ADA) Diabetes Physician Recognition Program.

Doug Martin, D.O., received his bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin. He completed his medical training at the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Mo., and his family medicine residency at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences. Dr. Martin previously served as a physician in the United States Air Force. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, and is a board certified family physician.

Cesar Romero, M.D., completed his medical studies at the University of the Philippines and his internal medicine residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

 

Jarred Sartain, M.D., earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Freed Hardeman University in Henderson, Tenn. He received his medical training from the University of Alabama School of Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at the Tuscaloosa Family Practice Residency.


Michael Turner, M.D., received his medical training at Penn State University College of Medicine. He completed his obstetrics/gynecology residency at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, where he most recently served as the gynecology division head. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He recently completed his last year of assignment with the United States Navy. Dr. Turner will be practicing gynecology, including gynecologic surgery. In the clinic, Dr. Turner can perform advanced pelvic ultrasound (3-D), in-office sterilization, evaluation and treatment of fertility including intrauterine inseminations, evaluation and treatment of pelvic organ prolapsed and incontinence, as well as other state-of-the-art treatments. He also performs single-incision laparoscopic hysterectomies and other advanced laparoscopic surgeries.

 

Office Hours

Our clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Appointments

Appointments may be made by calling (205) 921-3153 during office hours. Appointments may be requested with the health care provider of your choice. Every effort will be made to provide the earliest possible appointment for the convenience of the patient. Due to the unscheduled nature of emergencies, occasional delays do occur. We hope you will understand these delays are unavoidable.

We accept walk-in patients. However, walk-in patients will be worked into the schedule as time permits.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel as far in advance as possible. Another patient who can be booked into the open time will be grateful for your thoughtfulness.

After Hours Care

If you have health care questions after hours, please call Nurse Link® at 1-800-882-6274. If you have a health care emergency, please call 9-1-1 or visit the nearest Emergency Department.

Patient Portal Offers Secure Online Services to Your Health Information

We now have the ability to exchange secure online correspondence with our patients and keep your information up-to-date. If you have Internet access and sign up for this service, you will have the ability to do the following at your convenience:

· View your patient chart summary

· Request an appointment

· Request a medication refill

· View test results

· Change personal information

· Access forms

To access the service, you will register using a PIN (Personal Identification Number) that will be provided by our clinic staff to you in a personalized letter after a visit to our clinic. The PIN will expire in 30 days. If your PIN has expired before you access your account, please visit us in person to obtain a new PIN. To ensure patient confidentiality, we do not provide this information over the phone.
