Serving this community since 1956, the NMMC-Hamilton Nursing Home is home to 79 residents who require long-term or short-term specialized care. The NMMC-Hamilton Nursing Home is accredited by the Joint Commission.

Our Staff

A staff of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants provide 24-hour care under the supervision of a physician director. A social work and activity staff provide leisure and entertainment opportunities for residents.

Through NMMC-Hamilton, services such as physical therapy, speech therapy, respiratory therapy, radiology and laboratory are provided.

Our Services

Short-term care provides individuals with skilled services for up to 100 days before they are discharged to home or elsewhere.

Long-term care provides a “home” to residents who require extended care.

Hospice is provided through two local hospice agencies for residents who elect to use hospice during the final phase of a terminal illness.
