How You Can Give
Annual Gifts/Pledges
Annual gifts or pledges over a period of time can be made to the Foundation. Simply complete the Annual Gift Pledge Form and return to the Health Care Foundation office. Enclose your check or request that a courtesy reminder be sent to you at a specified time.Memorials & Honorariums
Memorial and honorarium giving provides an excellent opportunity to recognize and remember loved ones, while giving a gift that will continue to help others for years to come. Simply complete the Memorial or Honorarium Form and return along with your check or money order to the Health Care Foundation office. A gift card will be sent to those honored and the family of those memorialized.All donations to the Health Care Foundation of North Mississippi are tax deductible as allowed by law and may be designated by the donor for a specific purpose.
