Part of our
anniversary celebration is a 25th anniversary quilt
being made to honor all former heart patients. To be a
part of the recognition, former patients simply complete
a permission form with their name to be displayed. Forms
are being mailed to former Cardiac Rehabilitation
patients; others may request a form by calling

For a $10 donation to the
Heart Institute Patient Assistance Fund, patients will
be featured in an individual heart along with their
surgeon's name and date of heart surgery. The assistance
fund is administered through the Health Care Foundation
of North Mississippi and provides medication, supplies,
travel expenses, education and other necessities for
needy patients served by the Heart Institute.
