Medical Staff

Andrzej Wartak, M.D.: Received his medical training at the Medical Academy, Lodz, Poland, and completed his internship and residency at Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington, Pa. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. In 2010, Dr. Wartak received three-year recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)/American Diabetes Association (ADA) Diabetes Physician Recognition Program.

Ann Fretz, CFNP: A certified family nurse practitioner, Fretz received her training at Mississippi University for Women.

Office Hours

Our clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m.-noon.

Appointments

Appointments may be made by calling (662) 494-1870 during office hours. Every effort will be made to provide the earliest possible appointment for the convenience of the patient. Due to the unscheduled nature of emergencies, occasional delays do occur. We hope you will understand these delays are unavoidable.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel as far in advance as possible. Another patient who can be booked into the open time will be grateful for your thoughtfulness.
