Candice Johnson Jones, D.O.: Earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Memphis, and completed her medical training at Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine in Kentucky. She completed her residency at the North Mississippi Medical Center Family Medicine Residency Center, and is board certified in family medicine.
Don Robertson, D.O.: Earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Park University in Parkville, Mo. He completed medical school at the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Mo., and his internal medicine residency at the Medical Center of Independence/Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences.
Vickey Hall, CFNP: Earned her degree from Mississippi University for Women in Columbus, Miss. She completed her training in family medicine with additional clinical rotations in pediatrics and gynecology. She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner by the state of Mississippi.
Crystal Wilson, FNP-BC: Earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from Union University in Memphis. She received her family nurse practitioner training from Graceland University in Independence, Missouri.
Our clinic is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Appointments may be made by calling 662-423-6014 during office hours or 1-800-THE DESK (1-800-843-3375). Appointments may be requested with the health care provider of your choice. Every effort will be made to provide the earliest possible appointment for the convenience of the patient. Due to the unscheduled nature of emergencies, occasional delays do occur. We hope you will understand these delays are unavoidable.
We accept walk-in patients. However, walk-in patients will be worked into the schedule as time permits.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel as far in advance as possible. Another patient who can be booked into the open time will be grateful for your thoughtfulness.

We now have the ability to exchange secure online correspondence with our patients and keep your information up-to-date. If you have Internet access and sign up for this service, you will have the ability to do the following at your convenience:

· Request an appointment
· Request a medication refill
· View test results
· Change personal information
· Access forms
To access the service, you will register using a PIN (Personal Identification Number) that will be provided by our clinic staff to you in a personalized letter after a visit to our clinic. The PIN will expire in 30 days. If your PIN has expired before you access your account, please visit us in person to obtain a new PIN. To ensure patient confidentiality, we do not provide this information over the phone.
