Medical Staff

Sue H. Simmons, M.D., a family practice physician, is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology internship at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.

Kathy Johnson, CFNP, a certified family nurse practitioner, completed her undergraduate work and nurse practitioner training at Mississippi University for Women in Columbus. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Association and the Mississippi Nurses Association.
 

Office Hours

Our clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to noon.

Appointments

Appointments may be made by calling (662) 263-5900 during office hours. Appointments may be requested with the health care provider of your choice. Every effort will be made to provide the earliest possible appointment for the convenience of the patient. Due to the unscheduled nature of emergencies, occasional delays do occur. We hope you will understand these delays are unavoidable.

We accept walk-in patients. However, walk-in patients will be worked into the schedule as time permits.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel as far in advance as possible. Another patient who can be booked into the open time will be grateful for your thoughtfulness.

If you have health care questions after hours, please call Nurse Link® at 1-800-882-6274. If you have a health care emergency, please call 9-1-1 or visit the nearest Emergency Department.
