NMMC CANCER SUPPORT GROUP TO MEET

TUPELO, Miss.—The Cancer Support Group will meet at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 1, at North Mississippi Medical Center’s Longtown Medical Park, 4381 S. Eason Blvd.

Brigitta Walker, a speech-language pathologist with NMMC’s Outpatient Rehabilitation Center, will present a program on memory techniques. The Cancer Support Group meets the first Friday of each month at Longtown Medical Park, 4381 S. Eason Blvd. The support group is open to cancer patients, their family members and caregivers.
