NMMC WELLNESS CENTER

TO HOLD FREE EVENTS IN OCTOBER

TUPELO, Miss.—North Mississippi Medical Center’s Wellness Center has planned free events in October to help area residents improve their physical fitness and well-being.

The events include:

· “50 + Coffee Club,” Oct. 6, 13, 20 and 27 at 10:30 a.m., a social event for people age 50 and older.

· “Exercise and the Family,” Oct. 26, 5 p.m.
