HEALTHY HOLIDAY COOKING IS TOPIC OF FREE PROGRAM

WEST POINT, Miss.—As followup to the Weigh Down in West Point program, free community sessions on “Healthy Holiday Cooking” will be offered:

· Noon Tuesday, Nov. 16, NMMC-West Point Wellness Center, 851 Medical Center Dr.

· 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 16, Clay County Extension Office, 218 W. Broad St.

· 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, Beasley Community Center, located at the intersection of Hwys. 46 and 389
