NMMC HEART INSTITUTE TO OFFER

FREE HEART EDUCATION PROGRAM

TUPELO, Miss.—North Mississippi Medical Center’s Heart Institute will offer two sessions of “Seasonal Tips for Healthier Holiday Eating” on Wednesday, Dec. 10.

The sessions begin at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. in the Heart Institute’s Cardiac Rehabilitation Kitchen, located on the third floor of NMMC’s East Tower, 830 S. Gloster St. Presenters will be Tali Ebert, registered dietitian, and Cletus Brekke, executive chef.
