NMMC-HAMILTON
SELECTS EMPLOYEE OF THE QUARTER
HAMILTON, Ala.—Anne Lawler has been selected as the most recent Employee of the Quarter at North Mississippi Medical Center-Hamilton.
Lawler, who serves as a secretary in the Human
Resources Department, joined NMMC-Hamilton in 1985. She has also served in the
Admissions and Insurance Departments at the hospital.
“The best part of my job is working with
excellent coworkers who are dedicated to serving others,” Lawler said.
“Anne goes over and above the call of duty in
lending a helping hand to anyone in any area of the facility,” a coworker
stated in nominating her for the award. “She treats every issue as if it were
the only one she has to deal with. She always has a smile on her face even if
she is having a bad day. She is truly an asset to NMMC-Hamilton.”
Lawler was also cited for her display of
compassionate care, teamwork, and innovation and performance.
A graduate of Hamilton High School, Lawler
received a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of
Montevallo in Montevallo, Ala.
She and her husband, Jay, have two children,
Morgan, 14, and Ethan, 12. They attend Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Winfield.
