TUPELO, Miss.—North Mississippi Medical Center’s
Heart Institute will offer two free sessions of “Healthy Holiday Cooking” on
Wednesday, Dec. 8.
Cletus
Brekke, NMMC executive chef, will present both sessions in the Cardiac
Rehabilitation kitchen located on the third floor of NMMC’s East Tower, 830 S.
Gloster St. The first session begins at 11
a.m., followed by a repeat performance at 1 p.m. Each session is limited
to 35 participants.
