TO HOLD FREE EVENTS IN JANUARY

TUPELO, Miss.—North Mississippi Medical Center’s Wellness Center has planned free events in January to help area residents improve their physical fitness and well-being.

The events include:

· “50 + Coffee Club,” Jan. 7, 14, 21 and 28 at 10:30 a.m., a social event for people age 50 and older.

· “Free Weights for Women,” Jan. 5, 5:30 p.m.

· “Authentic Movement Demonstration Class,” Jan. 12, 5 p.m.

· “Exercise Your Mind,” Jan. 14, noon.
