Orientation & Documentation

Once accepted into the Medical Technology Program at NMMC, the following steps are required before beginning the program:

(1) Submit a current copy of your immunization record via mail to:

      or attach via email to lmontgomery@nmhs.net

(2)   Complete the Summation of Technical Standards for Admission to MT Program and Retention in the MT Program and submit it to the Program Director.

(3)   Visit www.nmhs.net/student_orientation.php to complete the student orientation process.
