Medical Staff
Kevin Koehler, M.D.,
A native of Newport, Ark., Dr. Koehler completed his undergraduate studies
at Hendrix College in Conway, Ark., and his medical training at the
University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. He completed his
family practice residency at South Arkansas Family Practice Residency in El
Dorado.
Joseph Montgomery, M.D.,
received his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of
Mississippi. He completed his medical training at the University of
Mississippi and his family medicine residency at North Mississippi Medical
Center’s Family Medicine Residency Center. Dr. Montgomery is a member of the
American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians,
Mississippi State Medical Association and the Mississippi Academy of Family
Physicians.
Stephen Montgomery, M.D.,
completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Mississippi and
received his medical training at the University of Mississippi School of
Medicine. Dr. Montgomery, who is board-certified in family medicine,
completed his residency in family practice at Druid City Hospital in
Tuscaloosa, Ala.
Andrea Warren, D. O., received
her bachelor's degree in biological sciences from the University of
Mississippi. She completed her medical training at the University of Health
Sciences in Kansas City, Mo., and her family medicine residency at the
University of Tennessee in Jackson, where she served as chief resident.
Dale Wing, M.D., graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine and
completed residency training at the U.S. Naval Hospital in Charleston, S.C.
He is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.

through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Appointments
Appointments may be made by
calling (662) 489-7430 during office hours. Appointments may be requested
with the health care provider of your choice. Every effort will be made to
provide the earliest possible appointment for the convenience of the
patient. Due to the unscheduled nature of emergencies, occasional delays do
occur. We hope you will understand these delays are unavoidable.
We accept walk-in patients.
However, walk-in patients will be worked into the schedule as time permits.
If you are unable to keep
your appointment, please cancel as far in advance as possible. Another
patient who can be booked into the open time will be grateful for your
thoughtfulness.
