Nebulizer (Aerosol) Therapy

Nebulizer (or aerosol) therapy is a device that turns liquid medication into a mist so that it can be breathed directly into the lungs through a facemask or mouthpiece. Nebulizer therapy helps to dilate the airways of the lungs, to facilitate secretion removal, and with overall respiratory efficiency.
