Founded in 1989, the NMMC Wellness Center in Tupelo is the most comprehensive health and fitness facility in north Mississippi and the state's first Certified Medical Fitness Facility. Awarded by the Medical Fitness Association, certification means that this facility meets the highest standards for programs, staff, safety and community service.

Located on the NMMC campus, the 50,000-square-foot facility features the finest exercise services available, as well as a half-mile outdoor walking track and sand volleyball court. All instructors are specially trained, degreed and American College of Sports Medicine certified. They possess the expertise and dedication to help you reach your personal fitness goals.

Hours

Monday-Thursday	5 a.m.-9 p.m.
Friday	5 a.m.-8 p.m.
Saturday	7 a.m.-5 p.m
Sunday	1 p.m.-5 p.m.

 

The Member Services office is open Monday-Friday 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
