Group Class Descriptions

Advanced Circuit Training – A class that alternates cardiovascular with segments of  training (meets on the fitness floor).

Boot Camp – Group exercise class made up of cardio and strength interval training in a drill format. NO CHOREOGRAPHY!

CV Circuit – A class using the cardiovascular equipment on the fitness floor.

SPIN - An indoor cycling class that is sure to make you sweat. Meets in the aerobic room next to the raquetball court.

Circuit/Lite Circuit – A class using the strength machines and walking track on the fitness floor.

Indoor/Outdoor Circuit - Meets on the outdoor track if weather permits. A class that will help you get that extra muscle conditioning with spurts of cardio in between the strength segments.

Cardio Step - 45 minutes of choreography step. Beginner and advanced.

Jus’ Step – 45 minutes of pure step.

Silver Sneakers - A low impact class that will use chairs, balls, weights and exercise bands. Perfect for person with exercise limitations.

Pilates – Intense core body training using mat based Pilates principles. ( Pilates Express – 45 minutes)

Sculpt – This class will work on total body shaping utilizing bands, weights and benches.

Tai’Chi Chih – A series of 19 movements that improve balance, physical fitness, flexibility and stamina.

Yoga – Balance your body, mind and spirit in a positive way by concentrating on your breathing and posture followed by relaxation.

Chair Yoga - A class designed for individuals with any physical limitations. This class will use chairs for all exercises.

WWT - Women's Weight Training - A weight Training class designed specifically for women using weights. This class meets upstairs on the fitness floor.

Muscle Fusion - A class that will tone your muscles while incorporating cardio training.

Hip/Hop - If you like to dance you will love this class. A super fun workout using today's dance moves. Designed for the beginner and the advanced.

Core Training - A class designed just for the Guts! 30 minutes of abdominal training. For the beginner and advanced.

Power Kick - A class that will use the step to incorporate kicks, jabs and punches.

20/20/20 - A NEW CLASS ! 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of sculpting, 20 minutes of abdominal work. Designed for the beginner and advanced.
