Experienced RN Incentives

Loan Buy Back
Available up to $7,500 to a BSN applicant
Available up to $3,000 to an ADN applicant

Sign-On Bonus - $3,000
$3,000 paid to an RN with a minimum of two years of recent inpatient experience who agrees to work a minimum of two years in an acute care role.

Relocation Assistance - $3,000
Up to $3,000 paid to an RN who meets the following criteria:

  • Two years of recent inpatient experience
  • Lives at least 50 miles from NMMC-Tupelo
  • Agrees to work at NMMC-Tupelo for a minimum of two years

Graduate Nurse Incentives

NCLEX Review
Reimbursement of up to $425 for the NCLEX review of your choice after employment commitment

Loan Buy Back
Available up to $7,500 to a BSN applicant
Available up to $3,000 to an ADN applicant

Relocation Assistance
Up to $1,000 paid to a graduate nurse who lives at least 50 miles from NMMC-Tupelo

Orientation
Our nursing orientation ensures both graduate and experienced nurses are prepared for success. In addition to our New Employee Orientation and Culture Day, our nurses receive approximately 12 weeks of orientation, which includes skills lab, electronic medical record training and one-on-one mentorship from a staff nurse and nurse educator.

Clinical Ladder

NMMC offers a clinical ladder program to improve the quality of patient care by providing an incentive for registered nurses to develop and grow in the clinical setting. New nurses must work for one year to participate. Core parameters include but are not limited to:

  • Internal/external continuing education
  • Clinical competency
  • Teaching
  • Clinical program development
  • Clinical supervision
  • Publications
  • Professional service

Employees who meet the criteria are eligible for up to a 12% increase in salary.
Level 1 …………….4%
