Patrick Fain Named NMMC’s Employee of the Month
TUPELO, Miss. —Patrick Fain, end user device support specialist for Hematology and Oncology, was selected as North Mississippi Medical Center’s Employee of the Month for February.
Fain joined Hematology and Oncology in 2007. The clinic became a part of NMMC in 2014. The Guntown resident said what he loves most about his job is “by keeping the computer equipment fully functional, together my great coworkers can more effectively treat our patients.”
Coworkers praised Fain for his unselfishness and hard work, and recognized him as someone who goes above and beyond his job duties.
“No matter what the task, Patrick is always willing to help with a smile,” one coworker wrote in his nomination. “There is no job too daunting for him. If he doesn’t know how to do something, he finds out how and does it. I cannot think of anyone more worthy of the honor of Employee of the Month.”
“He is willing to help anyone with anything you ask him,” another coworker wrote. “He helps with everything from computer assistance to transferring patients that come in and leave by ambulance, maintenance, cleaning and lifting to weatherman.”
He is married to Angela Fain. The family attends Grace Baptist Church in Guntown.
