Kearsee Foster Named Employee of the Month at NMMC

Foster joined NMMC in March 2015. A graduate of Shannon High School, Foster earned an associate degree from Northeast Mississippi Community College in Booneville. She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg and a master’s degree from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.
“I find that as much as I desire to bless patients, they bless me in return,” Foster said. “What I love most about my job is that I get to help people. I get to unite patients with resources and make their lives just a little bit better. My job is so fulfilling and my heart is full each day as my ‘work’ day comes to an end. I thank God for allowing me to do what I love within an organization that I love.”
“Kearsee is caring, dedicated and respected by all,” coworkers wrote in her nomination. “Kearsee is always positive, leads by example and demonstrates the true meaning of teamwork Kearsee has the ability to really listen to others and she is truly genuine. She has a loving nature and touches all patients and families with each interaction.”
Foster and her husband Marshad are parents to newborn Mahalee Foster, who was born in August. She attends Johnson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Shannon.
