NMMC - West Point Crisis Prevention Intervention Training
WEST POINT, Miss.—Bryan Cooper (far right), Security manager at North Mississippi Medical Center-Tupelo, recently trained a group of NMMC-West Point employees in Crisis Prevention Intervention to help ensure a safe environment. CPI is a nationally recognized program that includes methods of self-defense and how to handle disruptive patients. Twenty NMMC-West Point employees participated in the four-hour course and received a two-year certification.
