Jazma Bradley Named NMMC’s Employee of the Month
TUPELO, Miss.—Jazma Bradley, lead phlebotomist in the Pathology Department, was recently named Employee of the Month at North Mississippi Medical Center.
Bradley joined NMMC in 2015. She is a graduate of Shannon High School and attended Itawamba Community College.

“Jazma is a total team player,” one coworker wrote in her nomination. “She is one of the most hardworking people in the lab. She is dedicated to her phlebotomy team and gives them 100% every day, all with a positive attitude.”
“Jazma treats everyone the same, with compassion and respect,” another coworker wrote. “She understands that everyone in our facility is going through something. One coworker has said that Jazma tries to make each work day worthwhile. She is truly accountable for quality care and strives to put her best foot forward every day.”
Bradley has four children—Aubrey, Maddison, Kaylee and Raeghan. She lives in Tupelo and attends Miracle Life Ministries.
