NMMC to Host Medical Social Work Conference, March 21
TUPELO, Miss.—North Mississippi Medical Center will host “Kaleidoscope of Social Work Practice,” a continuing education conference for social work, on Friday, March 21.
Participants will learn about a variety of topics, including Recovery 101: The Basics of Treating Addiction, Benefits and Services Available through the VA, Public Benefits Overview, Choices Program, Bringing Care Home: A Clear Choice, and This Beautiful Mess: Making a Difference Through My Weakness.
The conference begins at 7:30 a.m. and concludes at 3:45 p.m. in the NMMC Cora Fields Auditorium, 830 S. Gloster. If registered before March 15, the cost is $50. Onsite registration is $100.
