Strata, a cloud-based financial planning, analytics, and performance platform in healthcare, recognized NMHS’s financial team for its work during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Finance Team falls under the direction of Sharon Nobles, NMHS Chief Financial Officer.
“We are proud to be recognized by Strata as a LEAP award winner due to our work during the pandemic,” said Lynn Holland, vice president of Finance for North Mississippi Health Services. “Our team has utilized the EPSi products at a high level since 2007 and became Strata clients about a year ago. Our team continues to expand its utilization through ongoing creative thinking, continuous improvement reviews, and hard work to make ourselves and our company more efficient.”
Each year, Strata gives its LEAP Award to providers who lead, excel, achieve and progress in the area of health care finance and operations.
“Through Kristy Duke’s strong leadership and effective maintenance and administration of the system by Tammy Bell and Stephanie Summers, we have provided a variety of information and analysis over the years that has helped our company meet its financial goals,” Holland continued. “Now with Adam Crouch as our director of Decision Support, we continue to roll out new processes and analysis such as our rolling forecast and a variety of COVID analysis that allows us to better manage through these unprecedented times.”
