Some of the references are study articles or the appropriate guideline while others are links directly to guidelines, recommendations, and other supporting materials. The document has been formatted to carry you directly to the requested article when you click on the link for that article.
Attendance Verification
Utilization of Certificate of Attendance
To receive credit:
1. Type the information requested in the gray box on the certificate.
2. Click the box to the left of the type of credit requested for each session(s) completed.
3. Type your signature for the Personal Verification of Completion.
4. Upon completion of an entire section or multiple courses, email the accompanying form.
5. We will verify completion, sign the certificate and return it to you by email.
NMHS Employed Providers
In order to receive credit via your Healthstream record, you must provide your user name when you access each activity. No certificates will be provided outside of your Healthstream account.

CE Credit (Advance Practice Clinicians)
The NMMC CME Program provides a variety of online options that provide ANCC credit, all include a video, resource information and a learner self-assessment component as part of the completion process. In order to receive credit, please complete each step that is outlined in the activity introduction page and be sure to provide your full name and credentials as you access each activity.
