NMMC Presents BEE Award to McCoy

TUPELO, Miss.—Deborah McCoy, a certified nursing assistant on 3 South, recently received North Mississippi Medical Center’s BEE (Beyond Exceptional Expectations) Award for August.

McCoy was nominated by a patient, who wrote: “Ms. Deborah was very kind to me. She helped do some very personal and embarrassing things with empathy and understanding… It didn’t matter if it was a big thing or small, she made me feel like I was the only one she had to take care of, me knowing the whole time how busy she was…She is a wonderfully positive lady.”
