Benton McMillon Wheeler, MD
About Me
Dr. Benton Wheeler is a hematologist oncologist at North Mississippi Medical Center Hematology Oncology in Tupelo.
During his four decades as an oncologist, Dr. Wheeler has cared for patients in Louisiana, Kentucky, Tennessee and Mississippi. He joined North Mississippi Health Services Cancer Care in 2023.
He graduated from Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. He completed his internal medicine residency and hematology oncology fellowship at Indiana University Medical Center.
Dr. Wheeler holds board certifications in internal medicine and medical oncology. He is a fellow in the American College of Physicians.
He is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Medical Association and the Amercian Society of Clinical Oncology,
