TUPELO, Miss. — North Mississippi Health Services has named Warren Pate as Vice President of Finance Operations, strengthening systemwide financial leadership and operational support. 
 

Pate joined NMHS on March 16 and will provide strategic leadership for operational finance across the organization, supporting financial stewardship and operational efficiency in alignment with the system’s mission to deliver high quality health care. 
 

“We are pleased to welcome Warren to NMHS,” said Sharon Nobles, chief financial officer. “His experience and leadership will support our ongoing commitment to patients, teammates and the communities we serve.”
 

He joins NMHS from Baptist Health Care in Florida and brings extensive experience in health care finance and operational leadership. He will work closely with clinical and administrative leaders to support sustainable growth and responsible resource management. 
 

Pate earned bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting from the University of Mississippi. He is originally from middle Tennessee, and his wife, also an Ole Miss graduate, is from Tupelo. The couple has two sons and two dogs.
 

Throughout his health care career, Pate and his wife have lived and served in Florida, Kentucky and Tennessee. Returning to north Mississippi to be closer to family, he said, is especially meaningful, and he looks forward to supporting NMHS team in the mission to continuously improve the health of the region. He is motivated by the opportunity to be a trusted financial partner, helping teams navigate the complexities of an ever changing health care industry.
 

Outside of work, he enjoys supporting his sons’ activities, traveling, spending time outdoors, grilling and playing golf.
