A quarterly collaboration of health care professionals who serve patients and families following a hospitalization. We welcome team members from skilled nursing, swing bed, rehabilitation and long-term care facilities to discuss changes in health care, review governmental regulation changes and share best practices across these facilities.

Sharing information & resources for families & friends supporting a loved one with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease

In this free class, parents and caregivers are taught the skills they need to perform infant/child CPR and management of choking.

A special day camp for adults who have been diagnosed with cancer. The 2026 camp will be Sept. 26.
