About Me
Dr. Montgomery completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Mississippi and received his medical training at the University of Mississippi School of Medicine. Dr. Montgomery, who is board certified in family medicine, completed his residency in family practice at Druid City Hospital in Tuscaloosa, Ala. He received recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)/American Diabetes Association (ADA) Diabetes Physician Recognition Program.
“I felt led to be a physician as early as seventh grade, due to a desire to improve the well-being of the people in our community,” he says. “I chose North Mississippi Medical Clinics because of the good reputation of the organization and the close networking of the physicians.”
Dr. Montgomery’s hobbies include exercise, biking and tennis.
