Caroline Breland Starr, PA-C

Breland Starr, PA-C, completed her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Mississippi State University in 2026. She also holds a master’s degree in biomedical science from the University of Mississippi Medical Center and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Mississippi State University. She is a 2015 graduate of Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science.

“I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and making a real difference in their lives,” Breland says. “Being able to comfort, support and directly impact a patient’s day is what matters most to me. I’m eager to keep learning, work with a great team, and do hands-on care that truly helps patients feel seen and cared for.”

She is engaged to Dan Finan. In her spare time, she enjoys Pilates, traveling, cooking and reading. An avid MSU fan, Breland rarely misses a football or baseball game. “I love my dog, Corn, and cherish time with my fiancé,” she adds. “I enjoy exploring new places and cuisines, trying out recipes at home and spending weekends with friends, going on outdoor adventures, or watching any sports game I can.”
