About Me
Wells holds an associate degree from Itawamba Community College, a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Mississippi University for Women in Columbus, and a master’s degree in nursing/ nurse practitioner certification from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
She says she chose health care because she has always had a heart for helping others. “I believe it is what the Lord put me on this earth to do,” she says. “I enjoy being around people and I love making a difference in their lives.” She chose North Mississippi Medical Clinics because of its great reputation. “I have worked for NMMC my entire career as a nurse so I knew the high standards of care that are expected and I wanted to be a part of it,” she says. “I wanted to work with people who desire to provide the best care for our community.”
Her hobbies include spending time with her family and friends, being outside, camping and boating.
