We're here to help you get the care you need for minor illnesses and injuries with a team you can trust. Whether you're dealing with flu symptoms, a sore throat, a sprain or another non-life-threatening condition, our experienced providers can help you get back to feeling your best.
Our team offers same-day treatment for a wide range of minor illnesses and injuries, including:
- Cold, flu and COVID-19 symptoms
- Ear infections and sore throats
- Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
- Rashes and skin irritations
- Minor cuts, burns and wounds
- Sprains and strains
- Fever and minor infections
- Headaches and migraines
If you are experiencing chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, signs of stroke or another medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

Not sure if you need Urgent Care or the ER? Call 1-800-882-6274 anytime to speak directly to a registered nurse and get immediate answers. Using computerized medical protocols, nurses direct callers to the most appropriate treatment. Our nurses are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
The Desk is our free community and provider information service. Our call center specialists can help you book appointments and answer your questions about NMHS programs and services. Available 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
