When your child is sick or injured, you want answers and care quickly. But children are not just small adults. Their symptoms, development and medical needs are different. Urgent Care Kids provides pediatric urgent care for babies, children and adolescents from clinicians who specialize in caring for kids.
Open seven days a week, our team offers treatment for many illnesses and minor injuries that need prompt attention but are not life-threatening. No appointment needed!
We work with your child's primary care provider
Whenever possible, we help keep your child's care connected. Information from your visit can be shared with your child's primary care provider to support continuity of care.
What is pediatric urgent care?
Pediatric urgent care bridges the gap between your child's regular doctor and the emergency room. Urgent Care Kids treats illnesses and injuries that need attention today but are not life-threatening.
If your child has severe or life-threatening symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
Know Where to Go
Primary Care
Choose your pediatrician when:
- The condition is mild and can wait for a scheduled appointment
- Your child needs ongoing management of a chronic condition
- You need preventive care, checkups or immunizations
Urgent Care Kids
Choose Urgent Care Kids when:
- Your child needs same-day care
- Symptoms are concerning but not life-threatening
- Your pediatrician's office is closed or doesn't have same-day availability
Emergency Department
Choose the emergency room when:
- Symptoms could be life-threatening
- Your child is having difficulty breathing
- There is a serious injury, major trauma or severe illness
- You believe every minute matters
