“Patient experience means treating the patient as if they were family members," says Charlotte Leathers, RN at Fulton Medical Clinic. "Establishing an environment in our community built on trust and confidence in their health care team is of the utmost importance. My goal coming in to work each day is to provide the best care and experience for our patients and leave feeling that I have taken care of their individual health care needs.”

This Patient Experience Week, we wanted to take a moment to honor our patients for putting their faith in our care.

“My goal coming in to work each day is to provide the best care and experience for our patients,” she shares with a smile. “I want to leave feeling that I have taken care of their unique health care needs.”
