About Me
A Nettleton native, Morgan Allen graduated from Nettleton High School in 2009. She earned an associate degree from Itawamba Community College in 2013, an associate degree in nursing from Mississippi University for Women in 2019, and a bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2020. Allen completed her master’s degree in nursing from the University of North Alabama in 2023.
Allen says her calling to health care began at an early age.
“I’ve always felt called to care for others, especially those who are often misunderstood or overlooked,” Allen said. “From a young age, I was drawn to the idea of being the person who listens when others don’t, who digs deeper when symptoms don’t add up, and who stands beside people through the hard and uncertain moments. Becoming a nurse practitioner allowed me to turn that calling into a profession where I can make a real difference every day. At the core of everything I do is a simple belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard and supported on their path to healing.”
“I’m looking forward to being part of a team that shares my passion for patient-centered care and contributing to a system that truly values community, collaboration and making a lasting impact close to home,” she said.
