About Me
Twila Smith, RN, FNP-C, earned her associate degree in nursing from Northeast Mississippi Community College in Booneville in 2004.
She joined North Mississippi Medical Center’s cardiothoracic and vascular team in 2004 as a registered nurse on 2 West. She served in multiple roles there, including nurse manager, through May 2020.
Twila earned her master’s degree in nursing from Walden University in 2019. She relocated to Montgomery, Alabama, where she worked as a nurse practitioner in a vascular surgery clinic from June 2020-December 2023, before moving back to her hometown of Tupelo.
Connected Care Partners is a group of health care providers working for and with North Mississippi Health Services to improve patient care.
