About Me
Certified pediatric nurse practitioner Andrew Robertson, CPNP-PC, cares for newborns at North Mississippi Medical Center Women’s Hospital.
A 2006 graduate of Lamar School in Meridian, Andrew earned his associate degree in 2015 and his bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2017, both from Mississippi University for Women. He completed his master’s degree in nursing and nurse practitioner training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2023.
“I chose a career in health care with the desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others,” Andrew said. “Inspired by the exceptional providers in northeast Mississippi, I have seen firsthand how compassionate care can positively affect patients. Their dedication and attentiveness deeply influenced my decision to pursue this path, and I am committed to providing the same level of care and support to those I serve.”
Andrew believes that supporting children is one of the most important ways we can help create a better world. “My goal is to provide compassionate care for babies, mothers and fathers, ensuring that families have the foundation they need for strong, lasting bonds,” he said.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys coffee dates with his wife, Miranda; building LEGO sets with his son, Wesley; pushing his daughter, Molly, on the swing; and spending time reading, cooking and listening to music and podcasts.
