Raelynne Putman Terry, FNP
About Me
Raelynne Terry, FNP-C, is a 2008 graduate of South Pontotoc High School and received her associate degree in nursing from Itawamba Community College in 2011. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Mississippi University for Women in 2013.
After working for 13 years as a registered nurse with North Mississippi Medical Center’s Home Health, Raelynne continued her education to start her journey in wound care. She completed her master’s degree in nursing and nurse practitioner training at Arkansas State University in 2026. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Raelynne is drawn to helping others and says she finds being a part of someone's medical journey “deeply fulfilling.”
Outside of work, Raelynne enjoys hunting, fishing, horses and gym time. She and her husband, Ryan, farm and like anything outdoors. Their children--Sammy Laine, Kendalynne (“KK”) and Rook—keep them busy with athletics and rodeos.
