North Mississippi Medical Center-Iuka invites area residents to a Women's Health Lunch & Learn

Dr. Kaycee Burcham of Iuka Medical Clinic will share five health habits for aging gracefully.

"Aging gracefully is not about chasing youth," Dr. Burcham says. "It's about embracing each season of life with vitality, confidence and gratitude."
