Initial Nutrition Consultation
Discuss with a registered dietitian your current eating habits, lifestyle, health concerns and other health-related behaviors, as well as your goals and desires for healthy living. Based on the information provided, she will provide you with tools, education and resources to help you better achieve your goals. Subsequent appointments focus on assessing progress and modifying potential barriers that may arise. Many clients find that follow-up meetings help with accountability and can be scheduled weekly to monthly, depending on your personal needs. The Wellness Center in Tupelo provides nutrition classes twice monthly. Check our calendar for upcoming classes.
Classes are free to North Mississippi Health Services Health Plan members and Wellness Center members, $10 for the general public and $5 for age 60 and older.
